Once a proud and beautiful dragon, Aquilon's travels led to much strife and grief. Though his cold exterior remains firmly in place, his pride has been torn and shattered along with his once beautiful glossy wings. Now unable to fly, he remains earth-bound and travels the land on legs that can barely support his weight, held together by braces and bandages.
Not all consequences of his journey were negative. With the practice and time to spare, Aquilon learned to hone his magic fiercely, resulting in bright glowing runes along his body. Though this physical manifestation of power has turned a tired brown over the years, mirroring the dirt that cakes his tattered wings, he still retains the ability for a few basic tricks. If he's in good spirits he'll whip up some snowflakes for the hatchlings. Otherwise, the magic goes towards keeping his legs steady.

The Anemoi
Scouts, Insect Gatherers
This foursome of Skydancers arrived at the Avarice Clan together, and remain inseparable. Chaos approved their entry to the clan because their beauty and self-possession impressed her, and because she needed a team of scouts. Mirrors are not great flyers and the elegant Skydancers seemed an ideal choice - provided they supplied their own food. Collectively known as the Anemoi, their past remains a mystery to the other dragons of the clan. They all originate from different places but their close relationship was already long-established when they joined. They take their names from the four winds.
Aquilon: The latin translation of Boreas, the North Wind and bringer of cold winds.
Of the four blue-winged Aquilon is the quietest, and the least willing to interact with dragons outside of the Anemoi. Proud, cold and distant, he is openly disdainful of all other dragons except Chaos and to a lesser extent Maelstrom. He is haughty, vain and dismissive.
Familiar: Masked Harpy
The Anemoi are incredibly aloof, rarely spending time with the clan as a whole and preferring to keep company with themselves. They mate interchangeably, though Aquilon and Auster, and Eurus with Zephyrus, is the most common arrangement. Regardless of who created the eggs all four Anemoi attend the nest and care for the hatchlings.
The Anemoi can most commonly be found gathered together on the outer reaches of clan territory, or flying in pairs during their scouting for food, items, familiars and danger. They perch above the rest of the clan, looking down on the others with open disdain, though they are respectful of Chaos and Maelstrom's leadership.
