Biography
Sunrise embodies the duality of shadow and renewal. While she exudes an aura of darkness, plants flourish in her presence, blooming as if bathed in sunlight. Her shadow is often laced with vibrant floral patterns that shift with her emotions.
Her voice carries a melody akin to birdsong, and when she speaks, the faint scent of fresh earth and blooming flowers fills the air.
Sunrise is most active at twilight and dawn, as she believes that shadows during these times are the most fertile for growth. Flowers that bloom under the moonlight often appear wherever she treads.
Her emotional state directly influences the flora she conjures. For instance, sorrow manifests as drooping flowers like lilies, while joy brings forth vibrant tulips and daffodils.
Despite being the Goddess of Spring, Sunrise has a deep respect for the cycles of life and death. She often carries a small, dark seed that she claims symbolizes the inevitability of endings and beginnings.
She can subtly speed up or slow the growth of plants, often using this ability to teach patience or haste to her apprentice Blossom.
Blossom’s fur has a faintly iridescent quality, and tiny myosotis flowers (forget-me-nots) bloom on her tail and paws. These flowers are said to grow stronger as her bond with Sunrise deepens.
As an apprentice, Blossom is eager but clumsy. Her paws occasionally leave trails of pollen or scatter seeds when she’s flustered.
Blossom can instinctively sense the health of a garden or forest, often pawing the ground or sniffing the air to determine what it needs.
At night, the flowers on Blossoms' tail emit a soft, pale blue light, helping her illuminate Sunrise’s path or calm creatures they encounter.
Blossom often tries to copy Sunrise’s grandeur but struggles with her shadow-based magic, resulting in awkward little puffs of shadowy blossoms.
Blossom loves gathering seeds and saplings from different realms. Her favorite keepsakes are strange, otherworldly flowers that she plants in her secret garden.
