Hydrangea

Hydrangea grew up listening to her mother and father bicker about magic and science all her life, and was taught in both subjects, much to the disapproval of her parents. Mei wanted her to teach magic, and tried to keep her away from her father's lab, and her father wanted the opposite. Teach her science, and keep her as far as can be from her mother's study. Seeing both sides of the dispute her parents so often had, Hydrangea came upon the realization that both studies were plausible, and didn't have to always be at odds. To her, they were two sides on the same piece of treasure. But, to create the full piece, she'd need something extra, something to hold the sides together. The rim. In order to find it, she'd have to have to find something that was in everything and place a name on it. For days she was trapped in thought, mesmerized by possibilities and perplexed by the questions and answers she found. Questions without answers, and answers without questions. What was the essence inside if everything? After a two weeks, she found her answer. She only had to scramble the question. Essence.
