Eurydice is a composer and the guardian of all the sheet music and books about music in the Floating Library as well as taking care of the instruments in the music room. Her favorite part of her job is diligently copying down new music she hears or from a decaying book to give it new life and record its history. Instead of chronicling her life in words, she would much rather record her life's journey with new compositions, both short and long. She tends to assign those who stay in her life motifs which can change over time as she gets to know them better and/or they change as a person.

Eurydice's best friend is Illumanu, as they share equal love of art in all it's forms (but Eurydice is still not-so-secretly convinced that music is the better art form...)
