HALO ARCHITECT Tasked with the job of maintaining the caverns and tunnels that the clan resides in, Halo is almost always at work. Her first priority is to the frequently inhabited parts of the lair, which includes the main entryway, kitchen, dining area, library, hoard, main tunnels, and the communal living areas. She patrols these areas to survey the integrity of the roots that form the main support structures. If needed, she will enlist the help of Sprig, or in extreme circumstances Juniper, to heal and repair any weakened roots. This job alone keeps her quite busy most days. On top of her main duty, she also takes care of minor maintenance requests from her clan mates. If someone has a problem in their personal living quarters, they usually come to find her for help. And while she is always happy to lend her services, Halo has enough work on her hands that she will only respond to those who pay her for her time. This is partly to limit the size of her workload, but mostly to ensure her clan mates don't bother her for every tiny issue they encounter. On days when Halo is overwhelmed by requests, she may decide to take a personal day to herself. When this happens, nothing less than the threat of an imminent tunnel collapse will convince her to return to work. On these days, she won't speak with anyone and will retire to her personal quarters and work on her underground zen garden to recharge her energy. At the center of the sand and rocks is a giant geode that Halo takes care of as her Charge. It is the size of her head and unevenly formed with a small crack that allows one to see inside it.
