Clan Elder















Ashclaw was one of the first dragons to join BlackDeath clan.


In a fitting twist of fate, when Yafeu longed for someone to share his thoughts with, to confide in back when BlackDeath clan was still young, he came upon a fellow tundra hatchling. Neither of them understood yet that their goddesses were leading a bitter war against each other so neither of them realised that their budding friendship was taboo. And when they did, it was too late. Since Yafeu was physically incapable to leave his clan - a curse all goddesses and gods put upon those dragons they choose to found new clans, Ashclaw left hers behind to live in a strange land where nothing was like it should be.

The beginning was hard on her but it helped a lot that Yafeu and Doomsinger depended on her and put their trust in her. Ashclaw became a vital member of BlackDeath clan, helped establish it and saw it propsper. Nowadays she hardly remembers the clan and the flight she was born into and left as a mere hatchling. Sometimes this makes her sad, but then she tells herself that most of the dragons she knew back then have probably gone to other clans or to serve the Gladekeeper. And of course, there's no time to reminisce: She's not only an elder but the third most powerful clan member and has her claws full.
