Plagueheart clan lorekeeper
On the edge of the territory the Plagueheart call their own, there is a tower half-consumed by the cancerous mass of the Wandering Contagion. Creeping fleshy tendrils wind around blocks of stone and glass, insinuating themselves into the cracks and levering them apart with vegetable patience.

It is here Orabilis resides in his vast library, every item of his collection painstakingly placed, every scroll or book or tablet stolen from someone who knew what they should not. He permits no one in save those willing to sacrifice something precious to the Plaguebringer in the pursuit of knowledge, and each sacrifice he meticulously records in his tomes. Even to those whose suits he rejects--or from whom he intends to take life or property--he is polite and urbane, carrying himself with the air of a gentleman in all things.

He and his library are a spot of polish and civilization in the heart of the Contagion, but one would be unwary to trust those appearances: Some of the books he keeps are still spattered with their owners' blood, and the path to his tower is paved in fresh bone.
