Cheni isn't as meek a mage as she first appears. Betraying the element of her birth, her lightning magic is extremely powerful. However, she doesn't often turn to her magical abilities. Within the small band of pirates she acts primarily as an herbalist. She gathers plants from the islands they visit and creates cures and all manner of other recipes with what she finds. She might be even more gifted at working with plants as she is working with lightning.
