B I O G R A P H Y

Elysia never quite understood others. Born from nothing, to a family of bloodshed, she didn't seem to quite be able to emphasize with others - or even feel, for that matter.

Not long after she was born, the clan was torn apart from within itself, and she barely managed to escape the frenzied battle for the throne. With nowhere to go, she wandered for a few weeks before stumbling upon a small lair in the Southern Icefields. The clan at first seemed all the more delighted to take in a new hatchling, but soon, their friendliness turned to restless wariness at this young female who was so... emotionless.

By a certain point, Elysia seemed to realize that most of the members, if not all, were avoiding her. Since they were of no interest to her, and she felt no need to attract any attention from them either, she made her best efforts at distancing herself from them. She often took long trips outside the clan (a luxury few were allowed) and made no attempts at joining or initiating conversations.

Of course, this would be when she appeared.

____She was a boundless ball of energy, popular, beloved, powerful. Elysia never understood why Vain even bothered with her, but she did, clinging onto Elysia like a lifeline.

____She had appeared out of nowhere, claiming her memories lost with the blizzard that had apparently destroyed her town and promptly found herself the darling of the clan. It mattered not that she herself was born of water, she could manipulate and control ice better than anyone else in the clan. When asked about it, she'd always smiled and whispered back "I was born in the sea of in between." Enchanting - that's how she was described. Something almost otherworldly.

So why was she spending all of her time with her?
