HUNTER | DEFENDER

—————————-

Myr spent her early years isolated among the frozen peaks of the Cloudscrape Crags where she learned that survival meant thriving on the carnage and bloodshed of those unfortunate enough to cross her path. In this unforgiving world Myr hardened her body and honed her will to become one of the most ferocious fighters the Stonehead Clan has ever known. Even Musa acknowledges her prowess by admitting she wouldn't know who would come out breathing if the pair were ever to cross claws.

Her relationship to the clan was merely contractual initially -- many decided it was necessary to bring in a mercenary to help defend the valley in its early days. Musa disagreed that a single dragon could sufficiently do this job so elected instead to pay Myr to train hopeful clan members in the coliseum so they could learn to defend themselves. This task had once been given to Haldir, but having Myr take over relieved him to pursue organization of a more structured internal defense which later came to be known as the Guard. Soon after its formation it became unnecessary for Myr to stay, so Musa ended her contract. But she had been with the clan for two years already and her skills were such that Musa quickly proposed a new agreement; should Myr decide to stay she would be free to come and go as she pleased provided she partner with Musa to patrol the Valley borders when called upon -- and any loot found during these excursions would be hers to keep, naturally. The mercenary had come to be fond of those dragons she'd trained and even Musa had her good days... so she eventually agreed to the arrangement and in the Stonehead clan she remains to this day.
