Laverne is sweet, kind, caring, compassionate, and at times, and slightly sassy. She knows how to stand up for herself, and often finds herself protecting her loved ones and caring for them as well, especially including Avery. Even though she comes off as shy, she can become quite the talkative person once you get to know her. If you happen to get on her bad side, just be prepared for what's to come. She can get really fired up when someone has angered or upset her. She's totally the team mom.

Laverne can be described as your usual high school teenage girl. Although not popular, she is somewhat well known around the school. To the point where someone can say her name, and she would be the first one to be recognized! Although, her main goal is not to become popular, but she really just wants to make others smile. She wants to see people as happy as they can be. She is always there to reassure people, make sure that they're positive about themselves. She can even be there as the shoulder to cry on.

She currently strives to discreetly strengthen her bond with Avery. Although she finds that hard to do since he claims that he is always "busy." And since then, she thinks that he might be keeping a secret from her, and so, she goes on search of trying to find out this "secret" that her crush is hiding from her. She is actually determined to find out his secret, but at the same time, is a little bit worried for his well being. She notices that every passing day, he becomes more fatigued, and seems to be getting out of class more often than usual.

However, one day... she had seemed to find out about Avery's weird behavior because she had been observing him, and his actions very closely. Avery seemed to notice this and he got somewhat bothered by it, soon, it developed into an argument. Laverne left him for some time, but Avery couldn't bear to not be with her. He was devastated, and so was she. Finally, Avery decided that telling her his secret would patch things up with her. And if she apologized, it would fix their relationship. Once she apologized, Avery transformed right in front of her, she immediately believed him and forgave him afterwards.
