hatched in the dark and silent depths of the Leviathan Trench, Wulan has become intoxicated with the sickness of love and friendship.

Wulan grew up isolated. His clan background murky, parentage uncertain, living in an environment where the number of dragons willing to foster relationships—beyond the strictly transactional—were few in number. Undertide dragons are frequently solitary by nature, finding it difficult to engage with those who do not similarly dwell in water. Wulan had always accepted this without much fuss. Assumed his life would always be quiet, cold, and drenched in darkness. It was a peaceful life, but not a fulfilling one.

It was only when the dragons of Flotsam Town renewed their efforts to upgrade the local radio tower that Wulan was drawn from the depths. And once he took in the light from above, the dragons gathered from far and wide, the richness and color of the epipelagic, he decided to leave the trench for good. 		Fathomsearch Spirit Jug
