The daughter of a potent spiritualist, Halycon never ceases to disappoint in several aspects. Despite her heritage, there's more magic in an acorn than her. She's perfectly unable to use any kind of arcane wizardry, her spells never work, she hasn't conjured a projectile once in her whole life, and she's deaf to the whispers of the departed - when she's awake. In her sleep however, spirits visit her every single night. She can't seem to recall a single ghostless night, because they appear to love how freely they get to move in her subconscious, so they constantly pester her and keep her asleep as long as possible, so they get to have her company. Because of this, Hal is constantly sleepy, grumpy and quite difficult. She sleeps at least 15 hours a day and spends her remaining wake hours trying to figure out ways to weed out specters who annoy her the most. In her waking hours, she's commonly seen with Cosmos and Vlad, trying to get them help with her mission to exorcise the worst spirits, which is always a challenge, since none of them is able to actually see them (at least most of the time). She's also occasionally seen with Ezer, a good friend of hers who she loves to complain with. She visits her hatchlinghood home, Clan Everyst regularly to seek help or just a change of air. Lot of members of the Library of the Nephilim come to her for a dream analysis from time to time, as she's considered an expert on the topic. Just be prepared for a short, harsh and angry answer.
