Korra

Brash, outgoing, and with an irrepressible joie de vivre that infects those around her, Korra has always had an entirely too fiery personality for her ice element and her homeland in the Southern Icefield. That's why she left to go exploring! She met with clan Reocailura through some happy circumstance, and Lorik and Geneva's combined efforts were used to negotiate her price down to an acceptable amount.

Korra watched in awe as they paraded five familiars in various pots, cages, and tanks off the Longneck boat, followed by a hefty crate of treasure. All this for her? It seemed hard to believe that a clan she had met only briefly would be willing to part with all this - but yeah, she was totally worth it! The towering Guardian, Geneva, only smiled reassuringly with a faint glimmer in her eye, speaking in her reassuring rumble as they climbed aboard the ship.
"We were hoping to have a representative of the Ice Clans join us this Crystalling Gala, so we've already prepared a familiar for you" a deep whuff came from the depths of the hold, and a hefty Polarfreeze Defender padded out of the gloom, "This is Naga, she'll be your guide around the lair, at least until her usual owner comes back from vacationing in Blacksands Annex."
"Oh my gosh! she's fantastic" Korea exclaimed, moving forward to greet the bear. Then the rest of Geneva's words caught up with her, and Korra looked up in surprise, "Wait - representative? I'm not sure I'm a good representative of Ice Flight.
Geneva merely chuckled deep in her throat "You'll soon find out no one in this clan is exactly normal."

When Oceanmist and Angel had their first clutch of 3 kids, Korra discovered she actually quite loves hatchlings. She's turning into a surrogate older sibling.

When two spots opened up for an internship with clan Solasrealta, Korra instantly jumped at the opportunity. Though she wasnt quite sure which courses, if any, she would even like to take, it posed as the perfect opportunity to drag Asami away for a few weeks. Surprisingly, she found a kindred spirit not long after her arrival, as Valen's and Ilsabeth's daughter Ash was the head of the Combat and Defense department. The imperial immediately placed Korra in charge of guarding the new hatchlings until they were either adopted by another clan or old enough to start training. Though she is taking very few formal courses, Korra's training under Ash is both challenging and thrilling enough to keep her busy. Though the random explosions coming from the science department followed by crying hatchlings isn't exactly the most relaxing part of her day.

Korra and Asami eventually returned from Clan Solasrealta, hand-in-hand, and exchanged citrine chokers as a sign of their devotion to each other.
