Intoleranz hails from the Rotrock Rim crater, just like her partner Laktose does. Unlike him however, she wasn't originally a Ridgeback. Born to a pair of Skydancers, Vices and Virtues, she grew up amidst the writhing, pestilent gardens of the Scarred Wasteland. The young Skydancer witnessed her parents' constant fights, which lead to her having a hard time deciding between good and bad. To escape the dilemma, she set out to find a clan of her own soon after reaching adulthood. Using the Sea of a Thousand Currents to orient herself, she passed over the Tangled Wood and the Sunbeam Ruins, the polarity of which didn't help her make a decision either. So on she went, searching for answers.

The hot weather and the near edge of a crackling thunderstorm caused her to rest in the Carrion Canyon, where she happened upon a mafia clan. They warmly welcomed her and took her in. The Skydancer female decided to stay with them and train under Laktose, her assigned chief and later partner. Inspired by him, Intoleranz took the effort to change into a Ridgeback as she grew to level 25 by his side. Sometimes she reminisces about her life as a Skydancer, but she doesn't regret her decision to change. It was one of the best decisions she ever made, just as moving on was: More dragons within the mafia rose in their ranks and levels, so Intoleranz and her partner went to find themselves a new clan with less competition for the high ranks.

They headed north, crossed over the Sunbeams Ruins that had little appeal to them, and eventually landed within the Shrieking Wilds. Here they became part of the clan Romanus, making themselves a new home in the dense, jungly overgrowth. The Ridgeback lady and her partner quickly picked up their work and made themselves useful by pushing trainees to their limits in order to be their very best. To do this most efficiently, Intoleranz exclusively works with her dear partner Laktose. They trust each other blindly, training others in the Kelp Beds in order to serve the Gladekeeper alone. Occasionally they drill their own offspring in an effort to form a Coli squadron as well.

Intoleranz' body has a white sheen with a light pink tint to it. Her eyes are properly protected with red goggles, she wears a matching red uniform. It is the same one that her partner Laktose sports. Her weapon of choice is a cleaver which should most definitely not be used in a kitchen ever again.

Besides Laktose, a jeweled Octoflyer named Marqez keeps her company.
