i reserve the right to refuse a commission up front for any reason and without explanation. i also reserve the right to issue refunds/cancel commissions for any reason.

changes can be requested during the blocking/sketch phase and until final image processing is completed. once the commission is finished i may charge for changes/fixes if they are significant.

i only accept USD payment through paypal invoice. you must be over the age of 18 to pay via paypal. usd payment will be accepted once the blocking/sketch phase is completed.

if you are paying in fr gems, you must set up a 1-way crossroads before i will start working. the crossroads will be accepted after the blocking/sketch phase is completed.

i retain the rights to every image i produce. i may post watermarked images on social media, use them for advertising, and any/all cancelled commissions are forfeited by the commissioner to be used by me.

you may only use commissions for personal or nonprofit use unless otherwise discussed. you may not alter/trace/copy or claim as your work. you are permitted to post your completed commission with credit on other websites.

when posting my artwork on flight rising, please link back to either my profile or relevant art shop. this is most easily done by hyperlinking the image directly.

ART PREFERENCES

will do:

+ landscapes/scenes
+ simple (very nondescript) characters, animals, etc. (silhouettes mostly)
+ natural themes, ruins, space, etc.
+ banners, headers, dividers, signatures, etc.

won't do:

+ complex/detailed characters, scenes with lots of animals
+ scenes where a character is the focal point
+ complex architecture, mechs/mechas, gore, nsfw, irl people
+ any content that violates fr's tos
