Collector of Knowledge
No one questions Grimset when he answers for they know with his age, he has explored the world and seen it all at least three times.

"Time will only tell, my young friend. We must wait out the storm to see the horizon again."

You spot a secluded hallway leading far off from the rest of the clans rooms, and curiosity has taken the cat. The hall has been harshly carved out by clawed paws deeper that leads it into the ground. Deeper and deeper it seems you go down stairs turning into a slick angled floor going down, the light being restricted by blankets or rotting leather, stitched up elk pelts and faded fabric have been pinned up to act as curtains to prevent any light to make its way down the never ending tunnel. Every now and then, jars of slime would hang in in the center of the small 'passages' created by the curtains spacing, letting you stare at harshly crude words carved into the wall though unable to read what nonsense the spout. Its only after you decided that, yes, one more curtain and if there is more you will turn around to head back, is when you pull back a chunk of rotting leather to squint your eyes at the sudden light.

You can't help but stare ahead in shock as your eyes finally adjusted and you couldn't believe it, swearing to your lord softly. Who would have thought that under the deep harsh waves there would have been a place like this? The room, if one could call it a room, was large enough to fit in a large chuck of what looked like polished infused crystal that sat in the middle of the room, or well supported the rooms. Taking a step in and claws clicking on the smoothed down rock floor, you stare down as you see a railing. You couldn't see the bottom, you dazedly realize, as your eyes trailed down the infused crystal that stood as a pillar that kept going down and down. Despite it reflecting light off of candles and anything else that glowed, it seemed that anything below the third floor was just simply gone. If that wasn't the worst part, the sudden feeling of simply being watched from something at the bottom just hit you. You squint and lean againist the railing to bend down to stare. Was the darkness....moving? Was that-? All thoughts were silenced as something large grabbed you and you panicked as your light was cut off to pitch black again. Curling into yourself, you try making out what is around you because, oh to the Tidelord and back, the walls were warm and moving! Then everything was simply moving and you were thrown back into the light and sliding across the floor with a yelp. What in the name of-

.
..
...

That. That was a very large and angry yeti, you think as if your brain seemed to stop at the very image of a yeti inside a cave. Underwater.

"What-" You begin only to scramble back to avoid being squashed by a huge fist slamming into the spot you were just at. Its then you realize, hey that is what was holding me a second ago. But you can't ponder now! Its quickly approaching and your too young to die! Flight or fight seems to kick in and you can't stop and think but only run. Run out of the amazing room of wonders with a pit that led to who knows where with who knows what. Throwing the curtains open with a panicked haste, wincing as they slapped past your body as you crawled up the hallway and up those stairs. You don't stop and think at all, as you run from the room of wonders, and it's because of that, you missed the sharp hiss that stopped the yeti from actually ever approaching you. You missed the dark lanky form that tingled with every step it took as it came out from behind a bookcase nearby. You missed the disappointed sigh and soft scolding towards the yeti and more importantly you missed the silver eyes staring at your retreating back, that unspokenly said," Please come back."

Profile

Collector of Knowledge, Grimset prowls the clan caves at night, reading any scroll, book, or anything he can find. He recently was returned to the lair after a shade possessing incident, leaving many of the clan still wary of him and easily startled into a defensive mode, some even attacking out at the imperial. Although not all are afraid of him, like the hatchling skydancer LowCut he found and raised as his pupil who will one day take his place as the clans information keeper.

Along with LowCut, Blacklift is the only one who goes near him in the clan, although by looking at them you would have never guessed it. The two are constantly arguing and complaining about something when near each other, although Grimset more mature of them, but it doesn't stop him from making snide remarks every once and awhile.

Always with his new giant companion that was given as a reward to him by an unknown benefactor, it is rare to see the two far apart. Some of the clan believe that Grimset had received it from his time under the shades control and took it with him when he left. Others believe that the two simply crossed paths one snowy day and instantly took a liking to one another. Only two actually know the origins of this story and that is Grimset and the ever pleasant listening ear of the clan, Rumor, despite another member of the clan claiming that the large beast was actually acting as the eyes and ears of the IceWarden's to spy on the Tidelord. But really, who would believe such an outlandish tale like that...?

When his cave is feeling suffocating, the imperial slinks out and explores beyond his sight and travels with his Yeti to learn more about their strange world. Despite traveling around as much as he is allowed, when he isn't home Grimset can be found lounging in his special nook in the clans cave or even in the rarer time, you can see him flying off to where the winds run wild like corgis set loose onto a unsuspecting world. Its there he flies around dodging all the brightly colored objects in the sky , and sometimes before he swoops done and disappearing into certain clan's cave there, will be seen trying to court another imperial there who also at times, flies with him.
