Leader of the Unnamed: a group of Pearlcatchers (usually from Light, as they have a predilection for pursuing justice) who have destroyed their individual identity (by renouncing their name, and by destroying their pearl) and dedicated their life towards upholding whatever law commands power. ("Unnamed" because of the meta-significance, haha. Unnamed dragons have such a stigma on the site.) They are almost always Pearlcatchers, since they don't trust the loyalty of a dragon that didn't have to go through the trial of destroying a pearl, but there are probably exceptions. They are, in D&D terms, "Lawful Neutral", although, being fairly amoral, their adherence to the law isn't always a good thing. They are the Secret Service, the Earth Kingdom's Dai Li, the Praetorian Guard: an elite, secretive society of strong-arms (claws?) and dragons with a very particular set of skills.
