"The future of the Islets lie safely within these walls."
At the heart of Central where the Cardinal Axes meet is a large building that extends both above and below ground. This is the Diamond Bank, where the riches of the Crystal Islets are stored.

Inside the building, the Guardian of the Bank resides, protecting the riches contained within. Yinseya is nearly inseparable from the currency stored inside, and lives as close to the Vault as possible. Her watchful gaze ensures only those she trusts are allowed any access to the vault. Others merely get cold stares or gentle, but firm rebuffs until they earn her trust.

Once a small pile of treasure, today Yinseya’s task is not just to protect what is stored within, but also to preserve the economic stability of the Crystal Islets. Not an easy task, but for the veteran Guardian, it is one that she completes with honour.
