Hitori doesnt know exactly how to feel. Therefore she doesnt have a charge, and that doesnt bother her really. She was kicked out of her first clan for not caring and disowned by her guardian relatives. She has been accepted into many clans and she has had many mates (7 to be exact), along with many names. Her offspring dont mean much to her though she knows they should so she never named them before they were sent of to serve whatever deity the clan she was in served.

She made her way to this clan. At first Amaria was rather wary of her. She just kind of wandered into the territory and requested to stay a bit. She was very thin and didnt seem like she could take care of herself in that condition, so Amaria let her stay.

Amaria soon found out just how different this guardian was while Astrapi helped take care of her. At first she thought that maybe the guardian lost her charge in a dreadful way. She didnt want to ask in case it would set her off, so she just kept it to herself. The guardian moved with no purpose roaming around the clan, mostly to the library to read anything.

Hitori didnt have that name when she had come to Alkwin. She wouldnt even give a name for others to call. She just srugged and said "It doesnt matter." Eventually everyone just started calling her Hitori (short for "Hitori de" meaning alone). She didnt care. It was better then Lupa or Zima, her previous names from another clan.

Vrochi got word of this "new interesting dragon", as others called her, and went to go snoop to see her. Hitori saw him staring and once made eye contact. Vrochi blushed realizing he had been caught and decided to say hello. He laughed nervously and extended a paw introducing himself. She looked at his extended paw then back to his face, nodded her head briefly then went back to reading the book she had borrowed from the library.

After that meeting Vrochi continuously approached Hitori where no other dragon felt brave enough to. He began to grow on her and became confused as to why she felt something towards him. She couldnt put her claw on it. She could tell to some degree that it wasnt romantic feelings. Maybe? Her being throbbed when she didnt know where he was. and she didnt know how to go about dealing with the feeling. She brought it up to Astrapi, fearing that there could be something wrong with her, who giggled telling her that it was nothing to worry about. Astrapi didnt want to explain what was happening rather let Hitori discover it on her own. Knowing that Hitori (though the oldest in the clan) was the youngest in the sense of knowing emotions.

One night when Vrochi hadnt shown up at his usual time making some ridiculous joke, Hitori got antsy, reading the same line in her book about 5 or 6 times. She finally got up and started wondering looking for him. She had just checked his den when she heard angry, viscous growls coming from the direction of her den. She took a few steps closer, picking up the scent of Vrochi. Her heart pounded in her chest as she followed the scent padding slowly. Thats when she saw him lying on the ground cowering away from another dragon with blood-thirsty red eyes. A deep gash on his side bled vigorously. Instincts kicked in that she didnt know she had. She roared whipping gusts of wind towards the plague menace then attacks slashing and growling at him, wanting to leave a mark on him the way he had left on her friend. The lone plague ran off after it had been injured enough. The adrenaline left her system and she wasnt sure what had happened or why she had reacted in such a way. She turned to Vrochi as tears started running down her face. Vrochi stood swaying laughing a bit. She glared at him and told him he wouldve been killed.

"But you saved me, Tori"

Thats all he said as she helped him to Astrapi to patch him up. She had this feeling in her heart. The same as before. She knew it had something to do with this idiotic tundra.

Astrapi finished the patch and asked Hitori if she had figured out her feeling yet. She told her no but its Vrochis fault. He tried to get defensive but Astrapi shut him up and looked to Hitori with shining eyes

"He's your Charge, Silly Girl."
