returned to @Noya after a few months with @nekroz as a travelling mercenary.

Cerulean might present female, but they aren't female by any means. Cerulean prefers they/them pronouns and eavesdropping on other dragon's conversations. Outside of their fighting team(Sicilia and Iridesa) dragons tend to stand away from the imperial due to their glare and the way they decide to present themselves. But this is no concern to them, as Cerulean only cares for few, and that also makes more dragons that they can potentially prank.

They also enjoy exploiting their sneakiness in any way possible and playing pranks on friends(and enemies). Their main contribution to the team is their ability to withstand hits Iridesa and Sicilia cannot and often takes blows for both of them in times when she sees she can, and being invisible to the point that they can attack an enemy and not be seen until it's almost too late. What she lacks in speed she gains in stamina and stealth. No one has ever seen them without their trademark hood on.
