Delphinium and Celdaon: Words and Wit

As Wild Orchard clan's scribe and accountant, this couple is responsible for much of what keeps their clan stable when it comes to trade with outsiders. Celdaon's quick hands and sharp eyes inspect all mail shipments to be certain that no tampering goes on, and to make sure all letters and agreements get written up with elegance (and a little snark when necessary). Delphinium acts as treasurer, keeping count of funds and supplies, making sure they're stored away safely and spent with care.

When they aren't busy Delphinium spends her time jotting down poetry to impress her mate and keep him from getting too homesick for the sea.

Their children will all definitely be literate, and are most likely (but not required) to be intelligent, interested in math, reading, and helping their clan interact with their neighbors.
