Spider

Spider, despite her strange appearance, is very friendly and sweet and loves companionship. She cannot actually speak, only talking in noises like growls or chirps. Despite this inability to talk, she is more intelligent then most think at first. She found her triple-sight Firebug Flicker as a larvae, and bonded and related with it due to them both having more then the normal amount of eyes. Her best friend and mate, Rockcandy, is the only one able to understand her and serves as translation. When Rockcandy is absent, she does posses basic writing and reading skills and can write to communicate. She does much prefer verbal talk, though. She is intensely and deeply loyal to Rockcandy, and loves him dearly. The two are almost never apart. It's unknown where she came from:She's never brought it up and doesn't seem to think she needs to. She gets overstimulated very easily because she can see a lot at any one time due to her many eyes. The eyes on her body are nearsighted but not her two main ones. She serves as the guard of the group, and often doesnt even have to raise a single claw, her apperance alone frightening away threats. She is a pasifist and actually quite appalled by violence. If someone hurts someone she loves she will attack, however. Especially if the victim is one of her birds, or Rockcandy. She can also command her birds to attack someone, and they listen. She hoards insect wings.
She loves chickens, and would never eat one. If she sees someone eating chicken she will feel disgusted. She bought her girls for very cheap, saving them from butchering. The silver one is named Spider Jr, the white one is Henrietta, and the black one is Polly. She also has a goose who just kinda.. snuck in one day and stuck around, its name is Lucy (reference to untitled goose game). She also has chickens she doesnt keep with her, like a black silkie hen named Jenny, and a red hen named Backflip, which are kept on the ship in a mini pasture. Her chickens are all plump, spoiled, and well preened.
