Since the Union believes in afterlife & reincarnation (If the dragon choose to)
They have a Temple dedicated to the dead/ancestors, and two Shrines one for Rizen (Their "technical" leader) and their Overseer. (To give them both blessings and pray for their health, even though most of the Union doesn't like Rizen. (And its forbidden to wish ill upon another, so they have to suck it up.)

So since life & death are such important things to the Union, Saikō (and all others who have roles dealing with such) are very well respected.



I don't really know what to say about her yet soooo some notes.
•she's Aroace while yes she does lore wise have A CHILD, she's never had a partner and has had him without the need of one!:3
•She's one of the poor souls that got infected by Anima's fault, hence the mask and she rarely talks for two reasons.
First reason, the Sacred District rarely speaks anyways so that.
And Two, because of the disease Anima accidentally made, her vocal cords are messed up to where it hurts to even speak!
•You can also see that she has wing & tail parts that are metal/fake, yes again because of Anima. They are there to help with well obviously.... LOOK

(When I say "blind" in this case I mean he can BARELY see anything at all, so no not just all darkness)

Saikō stared off into your soul before writing away on some paper and then handing it over for you to read.

That is correct, my day is rather busy. I have to juggle spiritual duties and taking care of my fellow dragons (And the land also!) here in Sacred District. The note continued on in it's fancy hand writing Giving you a full list would be rather long and frankly take up to much of my time.
You can rest assured though that I have plenty of work to due each day.

But a day-to-day with such responsibilities? Well, it's very difficult some times I'll admit. But it's my job and I will see it through.
And it can be even more challenging when Hypnotic is along with me! Usually he's not though, which is a way more fitting for someone of my role. (He'd rather not be taught to and lectured anyways.)

Now run along, back to where you belong! Because it's certainly not here in the Sacred District, and you can't trick me into thinking you are meant to be in here.

She smiled when you looked back up, flicking her talons in the direction you came from, she only had so much patience for others. Even less if they weren't apart of the Sacred District.
