Cronus

Storm-chaser. Cronus was born in a more desolate place than this; the warm winds and clear skies remind him that he is no longer at home. Though he enjoys the company of those in his new clan, he still holds a longing in his heart for the vast deserts in which he grew. He tempers those feelings by tracking the weather in these new skies, identifying new patterns and clouds until he can predict the shape of the day on experience alone.

Cronus is an amiable sort of fellow under his constant jitters and movement - he's laid back and not nervous at all- but too much time around him tends to make other dragons restless. It's kind of catching.
