Ninna

Ninna was a shock to both her parents - Maerzadi had been expecting at least one Guardian from her clutch of two, and Fenris never thought a dragon that looked like she was born covered in soot and ashes would come from he and his mate! Her brother showed a healthy interest in playing and wrestling with the others in the lair, but Ninna was always and has always been content to sit and watch, eyes disturbingly calm and vibrant against her face. Her warrior mother tried to teach her how to fight, and when that failed to catch her interest her inventor and tinkerer father tried to show her more of what he did. Ninna hardly wavered from her watching, except to comment on things she probably ought not to have known as a hatchling in her calm, whispery voice.

Since growing up, Ninna has started taking care of the hatchlings in the clan alongside Neera, the Coatl. Neera, also born strange as a Coatl with extremely dark colors, was always a little fond of the sooty Tundra girl. More recently, Amalthea has started to hang around Ninna, her colors reminding the little Fae of her old home with the Forge Faes of the Den-Tree. With these additions, Ninna has started to warm up to the clan a bit, and is starting to take a slight interest in fighting. She's set aside what once were her dreams of serving the Windsinger as an Exalted dragon, and wants to become strong to protect the hatchlings in her clan.
