Carchardonis

Regarded as something of a ‘gentleman thief’ by many in the local communities, Carchardonis(pronounced car-cah-don-is or car-cah-dont-is, depending on which you prefer) is a rather notorious figure along the coasts, having taken to his own, strange form of piracy during his cycles. He is particularly hated(or, perhaps more aptly, feared) by the wealthy or elite(who also happen to be his favourite demographic), due to his penchant love of swiping incriminating documents and various other evidence alongside his typical baubles, before giving them to respected journalists to be published, and outing the wicked for what they are.
