Like a lot of people on Flight Rising, I got into this game through a friend! When I joined, he sent me some items to start with, as well as three dragons. A Spiral I still have, a Veilspun I kept, and an Abberation. Meep. Sadly, I was too new to the game to realize how pretty he was, and that his gene color, gene combo was entirely unique. Sadly again, I realized my mistake many months too late. I couldn’t get him back now, and I regretted my choice.

But then I had an idea! Breed change scrolls existed, as did Gene scrolls. So, what could stop me from making a new Meep? I reached out to the account who had originally sold Meep as a hatchling, but it would be months before I heard back. And in the meantime, the same friend who gifted me Meep, helped me rebuild him. And soon enough, he found a Guardian with the right Gene colors on the AH and scooped him up for fodder price. With enough modification, we had our Meep.

But then another idea struck me. I loved him, and he deserved love too! And who would be suited for my perfect dragon guy, then a dragon lady just like him? So, searching through the game, I reached out to an account who had a female with the perfect gene colors. She was an imperial, but had the Lavender/Purple/Black I needed! So I reached out and was lucky to be sent her, free of charge!

And from there, I had all I needed to build it. My Meep army. I gave up a guy i never should have let go, so in his honor, I’d create more of him. Sell them for fodder prices on the auction house so everyone could have a little Meep for themselves.
Over 600 gems later, and months of hunting, it was all worth it. Now everyone could appreciate the guy I was too new to appreciate myself.
