8970707p.png After the first week that the Nocturne species had shown it's self again, Council was privy to meeting the tiny Nocturne offspring the clan had found. Even in his young age when he looked upon the little dragon Council fell in love, and for what seemed like the first time to all of the oldest clan members they had seen Council happy.

Frost and Council have a GREAT relationship, while Council is hard on his son he pushes him only in amounts he knows he can handle, they have a great open communication. Council is very proud of his son and encourages him in his own little way.
