This is Percy. He is very ambitious and helps with dragons seeking the Shadowbinder. If you want to be exalted, go to him.
He is always trying to keep his study-buddy Monchmunch out of the library, because when he is, things tend to go wrong.
Percy is currently looking for Silver Halfmoon Spectacles and an Aged Book Collection.
He is also trying to be in an Enchanted Library
Being exalted is a great honor, you are going to fight and strategize on the front alongside the Shadowbinder! The Shadowbinder doesn't take deserters lightly, if you get exalted there is only a chance she will let you go back. She has more compassion for progenitors than for other dragons, no one else knows why.
