This is Percy. He is very ambitious and helps with dragons seeking the Shadowbinder. If you want to be exalted, go to him.
He is always trying to keep his study-buddy Monchmunch out of the library, because when he is things tend to go wrong.
Being exalted is a great honor since you are going to fight and strategize on the front alongside the Shadowbinder! The Shadowbinder doesn't take deserters lightly so if you get exalted there is only a chance she will let you go back. She has more compassion for progenitors than for other dragons, though no one else knows why.
