Notes:
  • Maintains (yes, actually, properly maintains) the Outpost's gardens (yes, they do exist, and not just for growing medicine/poisons, either).
  • Is capable of going into trance to channel the energies of the land and communicate with its spirits.
  • One of the few outsiders the Imperials have informed of their burial rites.
  • Uses her ability to re-route some energies to make sure that her gardens grow strong and beautiful, despite the lack of sunlight and fresh water in the Hewn City.
  • Mated to Einar (...actually, how does that work? He's a bandit. Figure this out.)
  • Unexpectedly calm and serious for a spiral. No-one will ever make the mistake of having her gardens in the crossfire for another prank war ever again, though.
  • Lifa's name means "life" or "protection".
  • Is in charge of the Outpost Seedbank, the purpose of which is to prevent useful plants from going extinct. (The seedbank sort of naturally came to be over the years, when Lifa realised that she had several species raised in her garden that had since become scarce or vanished from the wild.)
