A space-time anomaly, Fuze has gotten himself into quite the predicament. He now simultaneously exists and doesn't. Time passes at various paces for him. And none of it ever stops. He randomly appears somewhere, and with not much warning, will disappear into nothing through a tear in the very fabric of space.
But how did this happen? It was all thanks to an unfortunate accident that followed a great success.

Once upon a time, Fuze was the clan's quantum physicist, programmer, and engineer. Many of the various electronic devices and computers in the lair were designed, created, and programmed by him. The last major project he was working on was a teleportation terminal, so that travel to and from the lair would be easier. He had been working on it for months, but something in the code wasn't quite right, and he would curse in frustration at the machine well into the late hours of the night whenever a calibration didn't work. But on a particular night, he lightly punched the machine as he loaded in a new bit of code and opened up circuitry to the portal to reconnect it to the computer for the test, anticipating it to fail just like every other attempt before. Then suddenly, it worked. The terminal lit up with life, sparks flying. It was working perfectly, as he started to jump up and down, and twist his body with joy. This may seem all fine and dandy, but Fuze has a particular disorder that came into play with this very situation. Narcolepsy. The sudden elation caused him to abruptly pass out, his head falling into the circuitry to the machine he had just turned on, having forgotten to close the panel. Once he woke up, he was in a strange place, apart from the reality he was used to. Flying through time itself, seeing things he'd never seen in his lifetime. But he was stuck. Most likely for an eternity.

These days he's managed to slightly control his circumstance, figured out how to get back to the 'present' and continue enjoying the company of his clan, and still continuing his job as best he can with the bursts of time he has in this dimension. But it's quite apparent he's seen some craziness in his adventures, by the expression he makes at the mention of certain things. But he won't tell anyone of the events that have 'happened'...or 'will happen.'
