◈ APPEARANCE ◈
Cutter is the archetypal worker. A looming fortress of a man, arms like columns of solid rock, and a stare that could pierce steel. Even his Sunday best is dirt-stained steel-toed boots and an off-white dress shirt that’s seen its fair share of work. Even so, he is as devout as the other members of the Church. Perhaps more.

◈ HISTORY ◈
Cutter has been cutting and stacking bricks for Albion since the church first began its renovations, but it is far from the only place he has worked. His stonework can be found all across the Wasteland, in the strangest of places. There are retaining walls built around the Seedscar which bear his craftsmanship. Towers which will stand for time immemorial whisper his name as they shift their weight. History is a strange thing, Cutter thinks. Though no one will remember his name when he passes from this world, he will live on forever in the form of the things he built.
