Majesty

A beautiful young Pearlcatcher approaches you with a clipboard, pen, and several other oddities on her person.
"Hello! I see you are a fellow artist. Well, I have some questions, and I hope you decide to join me and my Order after we're finished." She starts scribbling furiously on her clipboard and begins her interrogation. "First, are you interesting in drawing for your fellows regularly?
"Are you interested in joining a club for your fellow artists of the community?
"oh... that was shorter than I thought. Anyways, if you answered 'yes' to those questions, let me introduce you to..." she flaps her wings excitedly and hands you an invitation. "The Community Art Club!"

The invitation describes in further detail what the young Pearlcatcher is saying:
Members of CAC are artists around the forums put together (or represented) by CAC. Some may use CAC exclusively to expand their own art shops and others use the Community to advertise their shops.
Members may set prices for their wares, though the Community's going fee is 2g/kt per drawing (intentionally low). See a full list of CAC's Terms & Services here

"Looks like I found you in the nick of time! I see your shop is empty. A shame, your artwork is exceptional. Well, that's why CAC wsa created! Come, come, I'll show you around. Why don't we set up a little advertisement to your shop as well? I'm certain that should help get things going. That is, IF you choose to come with us. We really would appreciate it!"

The young Pearlcatcher seems delighted to meet you. "Oh my!" she exclaims. "I love your work. We truly are blessed to have you join us. Thank you so much for filling this out! I'll put you on the artists' board immediately."

"Well, hello there! I'd be happy to explain everything. Do you mind if these go into the FAQ?" she starts writing something on her notebook.

"CAC is built to support artists across the forums. We will protect and spread art from and for our members because who DOESN'T like art!? Second, art trades are possible between artists of course, but the low prices are there to beat our competition. CAC is intended to be used as the cheapest art shop for outsiders, and for artists like yourself or me, it's a place to advertise yourself, explore your community in safety, and draw whatever you want! The prices don't have to be low, of course. You're free to set them at whatever you want, though for now CAC's lowest price is 2g/kt."

"As for exploiting the system, artists in our club are also admin. You are privy to the Community's councils and have a say in any changes to how we run. You'll also be responsible for monitoring the Community's interactions and making sure none of our lovely artists are used. We'll also keep track of how many drawings someone has given/recieved, and there'll be a cap to how many times in a row someone can ignore commissions or how many commissions a customer can ask for without a break.

Also, our founder artist - that's me! - is willing to draw art for our members without any fee. This will have more effect if CAC's price min goes up.

Oh! And last note, your cat is quite cute." She giggles and smiles, waiting for your reply.
