The 'i'm literally shaking buy her brown contacts pls' meme where the brown dog with blue eyes has been replaced with a picture of The Fourth Doctor from Doctor Who, who has very wide open large blue eyes.

I think this is the scariest picture of The Doctor, in any regeneration, ive ever seen
