Biography
Sailfish from Blooming Grove 17/05/24 (along with Morph)
Wavecrest bebe!
Once gened, will breed with Pepper so I can get a spring female to buy spores for. Secondary (flint to thicket) works well with a lot of colours, esp. in spinner/marlin.
Do breed specific genes still drop or only ancient parchments..? I have a Sandsurge Sailfish...
Sandsurge genes drop from Lightning/Nature/Arcane/Earth (Sailfish) and Lightning/Nature/Shadow/Plague (Marlin). But are there Dusthide genes & will they have the same sources?
Ancient Gene Parchments drop differently, from only 3/4 of the same elements.
Forgotten Cave: 33%
Crystal Pools: 31%
Golem Workshop: 29%
(Top three venues actually the same, just slightly higher rates, for Sandsurge gene drop)
Also Mire 21%, Ghostlight Ruins 17%, Kelp Beds 17%
MARLIN
Rainsong Jungle: 31.25% (1 boss) - GREENSKEEPER GATHERING VENUE
Mire: 31%
Blooming Grove: 30.8%
Also Golem Workshop 29% (4th), Ghostlight Ruins 22%, Kelp Beds 21% (each with 1 boss)
Though note these statistics do not take into account the relative frequencies of mobs, esp. bosses. Also, in over a year fighting exclusively in the Mire, I got ONE Marlin...

In Greek mythology, Asterion ("starry") was a river-god of Argos, presumably one of the sons of Oceanus and Tethys. His three daughters were nurses to Hera and, together with two other river-gods, he awarded the territory of Argolis to Hera over Poseidon. Poseidon, in anger, made the waters of all three rivers disappear so that they don't flow unless it rains, and are dry in summer.

Exalting Asterion to the service of the Lightweaver will remove them from your lair forever. They will leave behind a small sum of riches that they have accumulated. This action is irreversible.
