the deer mimic? subspecies

This dusthide subspecies highly resembles a deer however they are actually quite the opposite. deer mimics well mimic that of the deer subspecies in order to blend in with their herds.

the deer mimic will blend in with herds of the deer subspecies in order to slowly lure and kill them one by one however some deer mimics are much more intelligent and will use the herd to have access to their young and eggs supplying them with an almost infinite food source.

Most herds of 'deer' will submit to a deer mimic and sacrifice their young to save themselves.

Deer mimics can get 2 - 5 times larger than your average 'deer'

Deer mimics profiles are often incorrect with their height as many observers of the species don't tend to notice as deer mimics somehow manage to create illusions of being small, or our observers are just a bit blind we aren't too sure.

Deer mimics primary color ranges in a green - blue - yellow range however they can also posses dark reds, purples and shades of gray however they cannot posses shades of brown or orange and also cannot posses super bright colors.

Their wings are typically a darker color than the base of their body and their tertiary's can be almost any color aside from pink, bright purple and red (they can have light and dark purple).

The deer mimic's primary typically is skink however it can sometimes be orb or wasp.

The deer mimic's secondary typically is marlin or weaver however is can also be trail, bee or coil

The tertiary is almost always antlers however it can be batty so long as the color matches that of the primary color. it is also capable of having the angler or carnivore tertiary

They reside in the same locations as the deer subspecies does.

They are also considered the leader by many herds as they are big and bulky.
