Carbo

Carbo is a patient and resourceful Bogsneak Dragon.



Home and History

Despite her white scales and red eyes, Carbo is neither albino nor leucistic. Her coloration is due to coming from a long line of Bogsneaks that were adapted to more snowy environments. When a hatchling Carbo was caught and carried off by an Arctic Hippalectryon. Luckily for the young dragon, she was dropped into the ocean after the creature mistakenly flew into the outskirts of a storm and found the extra weight not worth the meal. Lost and confused, Carbo tried to swim back home, but ended up going the wrong direction. Due to her coloration being made for the snow, Carbo was unable to hunt using the usual ambush tactics, both on water and on land. She relied greatly on the generosity of other dragons until she came across Osage Trench. At the suggestion of an older dragon, Carbo made her new home and hunting ground among the seafoam that forms when it hits the pillared rocks and cliffs in the Foamy Breach.


Personality and Hobbies

Carbo is a very reserved dragon. She appears almost sluggish and will spend most of her time sleeping or waiting to ambush prey. Carbo doesn't need much to be happy, just enough food to eat and places to rest. Her favorite pastime is playing with the gulls and stargazing.


Familiar and Social Bonds

Glimmer: Glimmer is one of the many seabirds Carbo has befriended. Living mostly solitary, Carbo greatly enjoys the gulls' company. She will share her catches and the bird will share theirs in turn. Carbo is often found resting in the seafoam covered in gulls.

Miyisk: Misisk is an elder dragon that lives in a nearby cavern but never exits and instead pays other dragons to get food for him. Because Carbo spends most of her time hunting, with very little other pastimes, she often ends up with an overabundance of prey. Much of this prey she donates to other dragons that pass by, which include the dragon's bringing food to Miyisk. This made her unknowingly become the primary provider for the elder dragon's food.


Neko: Carbo will often notice this Fae Dragon sitting nearby as she hunts. Carbo doesn't mind the other dragon's presence, so the two with often be found sitting or hunting in the same area, with Carbo catching fish and Neko snatching up any bugs.
