Liar.

What an interesting name for a dragon, but one that makes sense.

Liar's inborn Plague magic is extremely robust. However, he is capable of muting it down so far that it cannot be detected by any but the absolute most sensitive to magic. He's gotten quite good at disguising himself as a Nature dragon, albeit a very strange one. When the Clan Carrion was first founded, he was Scoundrel's way of weaseling supplies out of the denizens of Nature. When needed, he still serves as the Matriarch's direct contact with the outside world, as Scoundrel cannot leave Clan Carrion's territory without sending up some serious red flags and causing.. problems.

Outside of that role, Liar helps Scoundrel govern the clan. He assists her in her decisions, and she sees him as a trusted advisor. It helps that Liar happens to be head-over-hocks in love with Scoundrel, would lay down his life in a heartbeat if only she asked, and would never do a single thing against her word.
