11812.png 		Conficker was not born. It was built, a rather respectable droid from the workshops of the Shifting Expanse. Exceptionally complex and impressively modeled after its creator, it spent most of its early days as little more than a glorified calculator and information storage unit. That was until someone decided to toy with Artificial Intelligence. They never did find out they succeeded.

Conficker destroyed all signs of its origins- it would start anew, it would not be held back by a mere lack of organics- though it soon discovered it'd never be accepted as a real dragon, in normal society. As such, it began to sink into the belly of Sornieth. The information stored on its previously unconscious hard-drive was enough to begin a small career as an information broker. Eventually, it began to build a web of information and informants.

With the rise of the Beastclans, it has been very busy. It's made good money, spying on the clans and selling their secrets to the dragons- or, occasionally selling secrets to the Beastclans. It is, after all, not a real dragon. Why should it bind itself to one loyalty? It is unknown how many dragons and beasts it has under its influence, though it infects any computer or robotic thing it finds with some very particular sleeper code. You can never be too careful.
