wants (conscious): to achieve monopoly over Sornieth (knows this is a far fetched goal; but hey, you gotta strive for greatness!)
needs (subconscious): to feel like he has a sense of control in this fast-paced world

concepts:

• Schell's previous boss, now main loan provider;
• a rather mysterious figure, hasn't stepped foot into the hospital's grounds yet;
• gossip says he's currently striving for monopoly outside Lightning domain's borders;
• possible BBEG (lawful evil);
• their right hand man / lackey is Valet, though he's technically totally expendable - still, Kral considers him an useful idiot;
• his ridges, claws and horns tend to be razor-sharp (ouch)... he definitely sharpens / gets them sharpened regularly for that sleek, yet intimidating, look (also comfortable enough w/ self image to paint his claws);
• has a modicum of respect to lapidarists, craftsmen and tailors alike (may be more honest around them);
• has jbf brooch (link to dragon once obtained) he treasures, might become uncharacteristically aggressive if he ever loses it; having said that, he funds research into artificial manufacturing of jewelery box fae and possible reversal of the transformation (as a "hobby" of his; and it's as morally dubious as it sounds);
• misses his wife (technically fiance). wants her back. at any cost. it is releated to the fae brooch situation and is as sad as it sounds;

for art: interpret foam secondary as lightning-shaped markings (sharper edges than the usual foam, no bubbles); optional brooch (link to dragon once obtained)

backstory for being a CEO: a "family trip" to the Tempest Spire, which was more so of an act of rebellion with one of his brothers, considering the dangerous weather conditions; both got berated by the workers for getting so close without any permits, but punished rather lightly for still being adolescents ("ah, they're just kids, they don't know any better"); that's when he overheard one of the workers complain about how loud & demanding BOSS was being that day, how nothing could be done about it beyond working without any objections and he thought "Wow... I wish I could have somebody to boss around, too!"

note: maybe find / buy a nice vest for him... and possibly one of these in the future to wear as a brooch (sales hub); alignment-wise, very much lawful evil (he also believes to be above mindless violence, emphasis on mindless)
