You are not alone. That was indeed an incident that occured. Although, Lord Harper doesn't know how to fight, he took in an apprentice to show to his council that he can do anything he wants disregarding logic. He was doing it to show off the immense control he had over the canyon after one of the council members (You can guess who) made a quip about his lack of warrior skills.

The canyon hasn't had a good leader since the honourable founders Lord Ruby and Lord Rowan. No wonder, we are being attacked, invaded, and stolen from. Our clan is weak and as far as my memory goes, Lord Nemoki, Lord Yadeal, Lord Harper and now the worst of the bunch, Lord Artifous.

I understand all that you are feeling. It does seem like our leaders are disappointing us time and time again. Although I do recommend all of my writers to avoid writing real names and perhaps imply through clever penmanship. Back to the matter at hand, yes our leaders may have weaker characters but allow me to challenge the notion. During the time of our founders, the world in general lacked large empires, it didn't follow, "consume or be consumed". How about another fun theory, all of the names you mentioned are all drakes. Our founders while being both genders, the majority of the leading was done by Lord Ruby. Maybe we need a dame leader, only then can we prosper as a clan.

Dear Anonymous Writer, We have been in this state of a supposed rebellion for a long time now. Every new leader had their own approach. Some did a lot in going against Primadonna, others stunted the rebellion. Amidst all the chaos in the leaderships, our deputy has remained the same. There is a proverb I really like, "Dragons will listen to any tune, even bad, to sing songs together", I think this applies in this situation. The canyon always has valued community and helping each other. It's not a stretch to assume that Azure's spirit has molded our thoughts to chant for the rebellion especially because he has consistent beliefs that don't falter despite opposing views from leaders. It also true that Azure has been a popular drake since he was young, his family was shunned by Primadonna due to his dad actions. an his effortless drive in achieving it despite opposing views from leaders, has encouraged our citizens especially the fledglings Sincerely, Red Panda
