Biography
Caryop.
He's a strange soul, alright- assuming he even has one. He speaks in a strange language of sharp clicks, high-pitched buzzes, and low rumbles, a language that only he and his adoptive kin understand. He lurks about in the shadows during the daylight hours and comes out at night to haunt the jungles. He's quite happy to remain in the Clan Carrion's territorial bounds- they throw out lots of interesting things, some for him to collect and some for him to eat. One dragon's trash is another dragon's feast, after all.
The Clan Carrion allow Caryop to stick around. He tends to have interesting items on him that Eleven know how he found, and he tends to be willing to barter them for things the Clan was planning to get rid of, anyway. He also makes a great alarm system- when the cicadas go silent, it means he's seen something.
Caryop fell into the Wyrmwound at a young age, having been abandoned in his hatching clan's traditional way. He surived the ordeal, but not unchanged. Somehow he ended up in a set of modern ruins, overrun by similarly mutated insects. If its the wyrmwoundborn mutation that allowed him to communicate with them or some other power, no dragon knows.
