Budgie is a sweet, mellow guy. He states he is a lover, not a fighter; and might not train to be a warrior for a long time.

He appreciates beautiful things, and he sees beauty in most things. He is always in a good mood, and always has a compliment for his fellow dragons. He is very well liked in the clan.

Budgie is perhaps a little meek, and not particularly brave.

His favorite hat is the pink daisy cabbie, which he would never wear because it clashes so with Budgies' own shade of pink. It also doesn't fit very well over his horns.

His favorite familiar is without a doubt the hibernal starbear, which is - in Budgies' own words - "a snuggly, fluffy, pink teddy!"

Budgie wishes he were a vegetarian, but his digestive system won't allow it. Instead, he'll mostly eat mice - his favorite being the satin mouse (because it's so soft).

He believes the wavespun cloth would make lots of beautiful garments, but contrary to what you might think Budgie can't actually sew himself.
