Kirkas

Born of an accidental nest, but loved nonetheless. Kirkas' parents are each bonded to cousins belonging to the Kurier lineage, specifically the Vapor/Reia branch. With the season change both sets of bonded mates, Auroras with Adriatica and Mariana with OceanSurf, came ready once again to nest. Both female Skydancers went searching for the perfect spots to nest; they were hopeful this time as neither pair had hatchlings at home. The last clutches of each pair had sought fulfillment throughout Sorneith and eventually gone to serve the deities of their new clans. Neither are sure who found their perfect spot first, but that evening when the ladies brought their Imperial mates to the spot all 4 dragons were surprised to find they'd picked the same location. Adriatica and Mariana started arguing while their mates stood shocked, but they had to step in when the shouting almost turned into a full-on brawl as the Skydancers' emotions were bouncing off each other and intensifying. Auroras and OceanSurf gave each other a look, neither wanted to fight but both knew their mates well enough to know they weren't going to leave. OceanSurf stated they'd make a barrier of shrubs and branches and cast a spell to make it soundproof, give each pair some privacy without having to sacrifice the spot. Auroras and Adriatica set up the barrier while OceanSurf and Mariana created the soundproofing spell-scroll that would keep the spell going even while they slept.The pairs finished their tasks and parted ways to spend the rest of the evening as couples.

To this day nobody is sure what happened, all they know is that the next morning there were 2 glowing eggs nestled in the branches and shrubs of the barrier and Auroras and Mariana felt the magical drain that typically happens after nesting. There was some irritation at first from the cousins towards their respective mates, but all agreed soon after that it had to be divine intervention from Lightweaver as the pairs had stayed separate all night.

The two boys that hatched stayed within the clan, coparented and loved by both couples. When they grew up Kirkas decided to stay within the clan while Valoa decided to travel the world.
