Emperor of 千龍 (Qian Long) territory.

JianFei is a seemingly pristine young prince who only recently rose to great power. But he is a keen observer, and quickly learned the mannerisms between the three territories- though effortlessly keeping up his innocent, childish visage in his own decided best interest. He is intelligent, charming, serene, yet physically frail. Both Emperor YeWang and QingHe have become considerably taken by him. It is not known whether JianFei's feelings toward them are mutual.

JianFei blatantly attempts to become close to the emperor TaiZong, of his own accord. TaiZong's firm morality has greatly piqued his interest, as he playfully aims to shatter TaiZong's code of honor.

He holds a single, secret devotion and sympathy for Opal, seeing glimpses of the tormented veteran on each visit to Luo Yang. No dragons are aware of this fervent weakness in JianFei's otherwise perfect veil.

Honorable guards are BladeSet and BladeLock.
