History
Ever since she left her home at the Great Pillar, Calyxise has been studying combat. It's unusual for an Earth dragon to be so engaged in scholarly pursuits, but she had no way of gaining practical training, as she had no clan and going into the wild alone is dangerous, so she increased her theoretical knowledge of battle instead. Her knowledge of strategy and tactic is impeccable. She can even outmaneuver dragons from Plague. Being a great lover of books and scrolls, she found herself in the Light Flight, alone, and wanted to finally find a mate and a clan to help her explore her theories on fighting in a practical setting.
She ran into Lanya while she was practicing with one of her Mirror friends. She was so graceful and deadly in her form that Calyxise immediately knew that she had everything she wanted. She not only asked to join her clan, but she positioned herself by Lanya's side whenever she could. Her plan worked, and Lanya finally noticed her brilliance and potential. They now spend a unseemly amount of time together.

Calyxise is currently being trained by her mate, and they plan to adopt once she's gotten to a point where they can both train their hatchlings. There's no point in having hatchlings if they cannot be properly trained.
