Personality:
Honor and loyalty. The two traits that make a warrior a warrior. Eculase is a loyal dragon but only chooses one dragon to be loyal to. That dragon, as of now, is Arven, his beautiful mate with a big heart. His loyalty to her is only matched by his strength. He fights against all those that wish to do his new clan harm for Arven, and wishes to protect her and all she cares about. If that means faking loyalty to the other dragons then so be it, he shall. He shall do so without a complaint and shall rush off to battle, just for Arven and only for her. This loyalty has gotten him many scars, the wounds littering his body as a testament to his power, to his devotion for Arven and only her.

His honor was forged with his armor and he bears Iron banner with pride as he dons his armor to rush off into battles with unknown foes. The red banner is something he takes good care of, as it represents his very soul. He was given the armor by his former clan as a show of his good will towards them, but he is missing some pieces. His new clan, as he had heard through the grapevine, has been planning to complete the set for him. Something he is very excited about. Regardless of his armor, he takes pride in his abilities as well. Even the mightiest of Imperials should know better than to underestimate him. His size is used to his advantage and he is not afraid to use size to play dirty in order to win. Anything to protect what his love wants to be protected.

His favorite hobbies is napping with Arven, feeling her heartbeat and warmth next to him on the coldest of nights. She is what keeps him with such a forgiving and understanding clan, her love and joy making him feel happy to be alive. He has even begun to warm up to the other dragons, allowing some of his kindness to leak over towards them. If Arven sees them as family then so does Eculase. His calmness is matched by only his patience towards the other members of the clan, and his persistence in keeping Arven happy is matched only by his sense of duty to protect and to fight the warrior's battle.

History:
Born as a warrior, he was trained in the art of fighting to protect his first clan. His parents had taken his training seriously and he did as well, slowly learning how to use his size against larger opponents. Before his training was complete, he was sent to another clan, where he met his mate Arven. He never spoke to her for a long time, and instead took an interest in what she was doing. He learned she was trying to help the non-native dragons in their health and felt his heart swell in admiration. She was working so hard to save the dragons that were not naturally immune! He, as a born warrior, never felt remorse for dragons that passed. He considered it natural selection. The Plague dragons were supposed to rule over all, but this woman was changing his view.

Before he could speak to her and ask her about her likes and tell her he had feelings for her, she was being attacked. Anger swelled in him and he rushed to protect her, his armor serving him well against the larger dragons. He beat them back, his honor burning at their sheer disrespect for someone trying to help. Fine. These fools could die if they so wished, but he needed to get her out of the clan grounds to protect her from these vicious creatures. As he helped her fly blind through the air, he hunted for her and got what food he could. He even took to looking for a glasses shop and got her a new pair of specs so she could once again see. Eculase had even searched for medical books for his love to read, and on this trip, he had announced his love. He was overjoyed when Arven accepted him as her mate, as her protector. He would lay down his honor, and his armor, for her.

Then they came to their new home. He was wary around the other dragons and backed Arven up, knowing how important the lives of other dragons was to her. He fought back against any that ever so dared to question her, but was met with nothing but peace and calm voices. Soon, he relaxed, and allowed Arven to make the choice. She had chosen to stay, so stay he did. While she healed the other dragons he took to exploring the outer limits of the clan. He protected the clan from the vicious creatures in the woods and ensured all were safe. He wouldn't allow anyone to get injured, not again, not while he was here. If Arven told him to challenge the Goddess of these woods herself, he would do so in a heartbeat.
