Born in the Windswept Plains, Zhoom has lived most of his life in the Shifting Expanse, and probably would have stayed there forever were it not for the resurrection of the Sun King, Sek-Duat.

Though personally far removed from the legacy of the mummified old Pearlcatcher, as one of the last remaining members of his line Zhoom was called forth to serve his newly revived ancestor, which he admittedly did only because the pay was good... Or at least the pay was good, until his new master betrayed him and later revealed that the reason there was so few members of his bloodline left was because before his original death, the Sun King had ordered them all killed. Then Zhoom simply couldn't rest until his ancestor was back in the ground where he belongs.

Though longing for home, Zhoom plans to remain in the clan's territory until Sek Duat is dead once more, and his ancestors are avenged. Well, and he collects his payment from King Alteon for putting the old tyrant down, of course. Apparent royalty or not, Zhoom is still a bounty hunter.
