Biography
Lyssa glanced toward the heap of jewls in the center of the low lying table in the bar. The dragon sitting in front of her, whos name she didn't know, frowned at his hand of cards. Lyssa was aware of his tail twitching, of the male nocturne watching her from the back wall, or the bar tender searching the crowed place for another to sell more liquor too, of the other players friend behind her trying to see her cards, and was also aware of every dragon and thing going on in the tavern. They had no clue who was playing cards with a stranger at one of the beat-up tables, no idea who only bought water from the anxious bar tender, no idea who played cards only for entertainment and for the joy of swiping money from under their wrinkled snouts with rigged card games.
She slowly placed her cards down in the middle, face up. "I win," she drawled slowly, retracting her talons from the table. Not that it would have made a difference considering how destroyed it already was.
The dragon growled in a low voice."You haven't even seen my cards yet!"
She gave a sly smile. "I don't need to." She reached out for the jewls, but the other dragon snatched her talons before she could grab them all.
"Now hold on, yo--"
She held his gaze. "I suggest that if you are planning on keeping that paw, you let go. Now." His talons flew back toward himself. "Good." She stood, swiped the jewls from the table, and left the cavern with everyone watching her every move the entire way.
